Fewer phone calls during the rush.

Your customers order online or via WhatsApp and choose their pickup time. You see every order in time, and you simply charge it at your till.

Sound familiar?

What makes the rush so tough.

01

The phone during the rush

Right when it's busy, someone has to write down orders. Mistakes happen fast.

02

Everyone at once

Without pickup times, everyone shows up at the counter at six o'clock.

03

A menu that's out of date

New prices are on the boards, but not on your website or your Facebook page.

What it does

Orders in order, ready on time.

  • Ordering with a pickup time

The customer picks a time. You decide how many orders fit per quarter-hour.

  • Delivery in your own area

With postcodes, a minimum order amount and delivery costs that you set.

  • WhatsApp basket

The customer puts together their order on your website and sends it as one message.

  • Extras and sauces

A choice of sauces, sizes and extras, without the customer having to type anything out.

  • Sold out with one click

If something runs out, it disappears from your menu straight away.

  • Pay on collection or at the door

Cash or by card terminal. You enter the order into your till, just as you do today.

How this works with your till

What the rules require, and how our system fits in.

If you sell meals eaten on the premises for more than €25,000 a year (excluding VAT), you need to work with a registered till system, the white till. From that point on, everything runs through that till, including collection and delivery.

Our system takes the order and displays it in the kitchen. On collection, or before the delivery goes out, you enter it into your till and the customer gets the receipt from your till. The confirmation the customer receives from us is an order confirmation, not a receipt.

If you don't need a white till, it works the same way: you handle payment as you do today. If you're not sure, ask your accountant.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about online ordering for your chip shop.

Can the customer pay online?

For a business with a white till, we handle payment in the shop or at the door, so everything runs through your till. If your till has a link that processes online payments, we'll look at what's possible.

Do I need to retype the orders into my till?

Without a link, you enter the order on collection or before the delivery, just like an order at the counter. If your till has a link, we'll look at whether this can happen automatically.

Can I pause orders when it's too busy?

Yes. You can pause online ordering with one click, or limit the number of orders per quarter hour.

Do I need a white till?

If you sell meals eaten on the premises for more than €25,000 a year (excluding VAT), you need to use a registered till system, the white till. Drinks don't count towards that threshold. If you have a white till, everything runs through it, including takeaway, delivery and drinks. Our ordering system works together with it. If you're not sure, ask your accountant.

What does it cost?

We build every system to measure. After a free 30-minute analysis, you get a fixed price, split into phases. You start with what delivers the most, then expand once it pays off.
