Solution · QR menu & ordering

Your menu online. Your orders in one place.

A QR menu at the table, online ordering via your website and orders via WhatsApp, all with one menu that you edit yourself. Payment happens the way it should: at your own till.

What it does

QR menu & ordering, here's how it works.

  • One menu, correct everywhere

You update prices, photos and allergens once. Your QR menu, your website and your ordering page all show the same thing straight away.

  • QR menu at the table

The guest scans the code and views your menu in their language, with allergens included. They order and pay through your staff.

  • Collection and delivery

The customer chooses, gives a collection time or address, and sends it. The order appears straight away in your order panel and in the kitchen.

  • Ordering via WhatsApp

The basket on your website sends the full order through as one message, or the customer orders via your WhatsApp line.

  • Pay on collection or at the door

In your shop, or by cash or card terminal at the door. You enter everything into your own till.

  • Everything saved

Every order is kept and can be exported, for your accountant and in case of an inspection.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about QR menu & ordering.

Can guests order and pay through the QR menu?

The QR menu shows your full menu, in multiple languages and with allergens. Ordering at the table and paying stay with your staff and your own till, so you stay compliant with the rules for restaurants and cafés. Online ordering for takeaway and delivery is possible, with payment in your venue or at the door.

Do I need a white till?

If you sell meals eaten on the premises for more than €25,000 a year (excluding VAT), you need to use a registered till system, the white till. Drinks don't count towards that threshold. If you have a white till, everything runs through it, including takeaway, delivery and drinks. Our ordering system works together with it. If you're not sure, ask your accountant.

Does this replace my till?

No. Our system takes in orders and shows them in the kitchen. Paying and the receipt are handled by your own till.

Can it be linked to my till?

If your till has an integration, we check whether orders can flow through automatically. Otherwise, you enter them when the order is collected or before the delivery goes out. We work that out together during the analysis.

Do customers need to install an app?

No. The menu and order page open in the phone's browser.

What does it cost?

We build every system to measure. After a free 30-minute analysis, you get a fixed price, split into phases. You start with what delivers the most, then expand once it pays off.
