What the rules require
Bakery and butcher, caterer and catering.
A bakery or butcher sells products, not restaurant services. The white till isn't required for that today, and online payment is allowed.
A caterer who provides catering with service does count that revenue towards the white till. Above € 25,000 per year (excluding VAT), our system works together with your registered till.
The government is looking into whether the white till will also apply to food shops. We're keeping an eye on this and build things so you can connect later if needed. If you're not sure, ask your accountant.
