1. What are cookies and local storage?

A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device. Local storage (local storage and session storage) works in a similar way: your browser stores information on your own device. In this policy, we refer to both together as "cookies".

2. Necessary cookies

These are needed for what you request yourself and always work. No consent is needed for these.

• p3_consent (local storage): stores your cookie choice, so we don't ask again. Until you change it or clear your browser data.
• p3_assistant_session (local storage): stores your conversation with Petry, the AI assistant, on your own device. It is no longer used after 7 days; you can clear it with the "New conversation" button.
• p3_assistant_nudge (session storage): remembers that you've already seen Petry's welcome message. Disappears when you close your browser.
• p3_assistant_feedback (local storage): remembers which of Petry's answers you've already rated.

3. Statistics (only with your consent)

With Google Analytics 4, we track how visitors use the website: which pages, how long, and which buttons lead to an enquiry. We only use these figures to improve the website.

• _ga and _ga_*: distinguish visitors and sessions. Stored for up to 2 years.

4. Advertising (only with your consent)

We advertise through Google Ads. These cookies let us measure which advert leads to a request or appointment, and allow Google to later show you relevant P3Media adverts.

• _gcl_au and _gcl_aw: link a click on an advert to a request. Stored for up to 90 days.
• Cookies from Google on google.com and doubleclick.net for advert measurement and personalisation, in line with Google's policy.

5. How your choice works

On your first visit, you choose: accept everything, reject everything, or choose by category. Rejecting is just as easy as accepting, and nothing is pre-ticked.

As long as you don't agree, we don't load Google's scripts: no statistics or advertising cookies are placed and nothing is sent to Google. If you only allow statistics, we only load Google Analytics; if you only allow advertising, we only load Google Ads.

You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

6. Transfer outside the EU

Google may process data in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and also works with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
