Kivo Garden: guests order and pay at the table.

Kivo Garden is a tea garden and lounge in Üsküdar, Istanbul. Guests scan the QR code on their table, order themselves and pay their share. Till and kitchen see everything instantly. Turkey has different till rules. In Belgium we run payment through your registered till: our system takes the order, your white till handles payment.

What we built

QR ordering at the table
The guest scans the code on their table, orders, sees their bill and can pay with their phone.
Till and kitchen panel
A table overview, orders per table for the kitchen, payment per guest, change and tip.
Split the bill six ways
One pays for all, split evenly, everyone pays their share, two guests together, a fixed amount, or by name at the till.
Roles and daily report
Separate access for manager, till and kitchen, and a report per working day, with receipts and printable QR cards.
Takeaway via WhatsApp
A basket for takeaway and a button for questions at the table, both via WhatsApp.
