MensConcept is a men's barbershop with its own coffee bar at the Molenpoort in Hasselt. Customers choose their time and barber online; the chair is ready when they walk in.

The challenge
No queue, but a full schedule.
A barbershop with two chairs lives on a well-filled schedule. Every phone call during a haircut is an interruption, and anyone who can't get through goes elsewhere.
MensConcept wanted customers to choose for themselves: what time, what treatment and with which barber, without calling.
